  • 4 tbsp. Cilantro chopped
  • 1/3 red onion
  • 10 oz. beans

Glam

  • 1/3 cup vegan cheese
  • 2/3 cup vegan bacon calorie in notes

Instructions

  • Prep the oven at 380 degrees for the potatoes.
  • Cut the potatoes as the shape of a typical French fry. After, rinse the potatoes with water to get the starchy substance off. Place the fries on a baking pan and add the oil, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix it with your hands or a brush.
  • Bake for (1) 10 mins (2) 5 mins and (3) 5 mins, if not cooked thoroughly. If you need to cook them for more add a few minutes at a time and check them.
  • Now for the guacamole. It’s very simple and only needs 3 ingredients: avocado, lime, and cilantro. Cut the avocado in half, carefully take out the seed. Then mash it. Cut 2 tbsp worth of cilantro into your desired size. Then cut 2 limes into two pieces and squeeze the juice into the mixture.
  • Now for the pico de gayo. Cut the tomatoes and onion into centimeter cubes. Add the last 2 tbsp of cilantro. Cut one lime and add it to the mixture. Stir until it is completely mixed together. Add the 1 tsp of hot sauce.
  • For the beans, you can just add it with the fries and cheese in the oven. In next step.
  • When the fries are ready (should be 15 minutes), leave the oven on and quickly and carefully add the cheese on the top to melt for 5 minutes.
  • Lastly, add the other toppings. BOOM, your loaded potatoes are done!

Notes

  1. I prefer baked potatoes because they are less oily and more dense. Go ahead if you prefer to fry.
  2. Hot sauce can be substituted out by lime juice.
  3. Violife Vegan Cheese taste so amazing. Whatever you have in the fridge will do!
