Jackfruit Vegan Tacos

Jackfruit is the best alternative for pulled pork. It has the tenderness and the texture like pulled pork. It may be a fruit but how I made the tacos make them unbelievably delicious. Enjoy with some pico, avocados, cilantro, red cabbage, and more toppings you prefer! Enjoy!

Notes

  1. I used one 14 oz. can and a 20 oz. can of jackfruit for this recipe. You can use either two 14 oz. or two 16 oz.
  2. Baking the jackfruit helps evaporate any excess liquid from the jackfruit. Leaving it dry, moist, and flavorful.
