Best Vegan Garlic Lemon Aioli

I am not kidding of how tasty and delightful this aioli tastes like. It is the best vegan garlic lemon sauce ever! The garlic is amazing when baked and 3 tbsp. of lemon juice is just right. Although, feel free to add more lemon juice if you like sourness.

Ingredients
  

  • 9 medium cloves of garlic
  • 3/4 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/4 of Serrano pepper or jalapeño
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the tip of the garlic head (Please refer to the pictures above). Place it on a pan and bake in an oven or mini oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a nutri-bullet, add the oven baked garlic, vegan mayo, 1/4 of a Serrano pepper, juice of a lemon, salt, and pepper.

Notes

  1. One lemon is worth 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Buy 2 lemons if you like the sauce to be lemon-y. The garlic is the most dominant flavor in this vegan aioli sauce. 
  2. The nutri-bullet is a crucial device for mixing the garlic into the mayo. If you don't have a blender this recipe might not work. 
  3. There is about 9 tablespoons worth of this sauce.
